Their sausages contain only natural ingredients and selected cuts of pork with guaranteed provenance, and the meat is cut and mixed by hand. The seasonings are prepared from a variety of spices and herbs, carefully mixed into the meat, and then filled into natural pork casings. If cooked correctly, only a small amount of fat is released, and they will not shrink unlike those from the supermarket.
Simply Lakeland’s bacon is reared locally and cured traditionally with their own blend of sugars. They ensure the correct ratio of salt to meat is achieved bringing out the meats’ full flavour.
